PDF Document
Before you save a diagram to a PDF document,
go to General options to select:
- your page size (Letter (US) or A4 (International)), and
- page orientation (Portrait or Landscape).
The saved diagram will be centered and, if necessary, scaled down to fit your page.
SVG format known issues
SVG drawing artifacts:
- Due to dithering, line styles other than SOLID will be shown slightly blurred.
- The top or bottom of a gap might show a faint horizontal line.
- The left/right open end of a Signal X/D Segment might show a faint vertical line.
- A black rectangle of 1 pixel is always drawn on the edge of an SVG image.
A simple solution, that removes this rectangle, is to manually update the SVG file (it's a text file):
1. Open the SVG file in a text editor.
2. On line 10 change:
<g style="stroke-width:1;
... to ...
<g style="stroke-width:0;
3. Save the file.
